		<description>Very detail explanation and save me lots of time to dig out the JVM detail implementation. Very personally, I believe if I can be convinced with plain english straight forward, then the speaker/writer is really doing good work at the topic. This article is a very typical one of them; and even better, with nice diagram presentation. Big thank!</description>
